Premier Gaming Group, 2009 – Present / Founder and President

• Kevin was part of the group along with Tom Benninger that purchased Louisiana Downs Race Track and Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana in November of 2021. Since then, they have made significant improvements to the track which will carry on through 2022 and 2023. Since taking over the facilities numbers have improved both on the casino and racing side of the business.
• Founded to operate and develop gaming, entertainment and hospitality properties in the U.S.
• Responsible for development, financing, and construction of the Magnolia Bluffs
• Casino in Natchez, MS, and the current operator and owner of the Magnolia Bluffs
• Managed the refinancing and acquisition of assets of Isle of Capri Natchez in 2015

Tropicana Entertainment, 2007-2009 / COO and Senior VP of Operations

• Overall responsibility of 14 gaming/hotel properties in United States and the Caribbean
• Oversaw reorganization and guided company through bankruptcy proceedings

Wild Rose Entertainment, 2005 – 2007 / Founder and Senior VP of Operations

• Responsible for the planning, development and opening of the company’s first gaming property
• Managed the successful acquisition of the Mississippi Belle II gaming property
• Responsible for the day to day operations of two gaming operations located in Iowa

Grace Entertainment, 2001 – 2005 / General Manager, Lakeside Casino & Mark Twain Casino

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of Lakeside Casino – 1,000+ slots, 34 tables, 60 room hotel
• Developed, opened and operated a new gaming property – Mark Twain Casino in LaGrange, MO

Majestic Star Casino, 1999 – 2001 / Operations

• Recruited to improve operations and increase revenues – developed strategic operational and marketing plans that increased revenue year over year by 34%

Harrah’s Entertainment, 1992 – 1999 / Corporate Finance, Risk Mgmt., Operations Manager

• Responsible for 10 Harrah’s casino & hotel properties located throughout the United States, including Las Vegas, regional riverboat operations and Native American gaming facilities

Recent Greenfield Experience – Magnolia Bluffs

In early 2008 the original developers of Magnolia Bluffs Casino received site approval for a casino project in Natchez, Mississippi. The proposed project stalled for approximately five years, as the developers were unable to obtain financing to fund construction.

Premier Gaming Group took control of all development and fundraising efforts in 2010, and opened the $45 million project on-time and under budget on December 18, 2012

• Value engineering existing designs to match funding commitments

• Repaired strained relationship with the Mississippi Gaming Commission

The Magnolia Bluffs Casino & Hotel is operated by Premier Gaming Group, and includes:

• 45,000 square foot casino with 500 slots and 18 table games
• 141-room hotel - acquired and remodeled in 2015 as a result of acquisition of Isle Natchez assets
• Other amenities include three dining outlets and spectacular views of the Mississippi River
